9) OECD CONFERENCE ON ROAD AND ROAD TRANSPORT IN BLACK SEA COUNTRIES (November 23-25, 1994)

The Conference "Road and Road Transport in Black Sea Countries" was conducted in İstanbul on November 23-25, 1994 under TRA organization with kind contributions of OECD / Road Transport Research and our General Directorate of Highways (KGM). Experts and top managers from the Newly Independent States of Middle and East Europe, Middle Asia and Caucasus along with OECD Countries and International Organizations were participated to the Conference. 13 Country Reports from the participating countries were presented by high-level experts along with 17 papers by OECD Countries experts. A book is published covering "The Country Reports ", "Papers" and "Speeches" which were presented at the Conference.
