The Congress was organized in Paris by IRF. Mr. Semih BİLGİN from TEKFEN,       Mr. Abdullah BİZDEN from KUTLUTAŞ-DILLINGHAM and Dr. Christopher MENKITI from YÜKSEL, who are also the members of TRA, attended to the Congress and made their poster presentations. They also presented the 3 papers which were prepared by General Directorate of Highways.
