      INTERPRETATION FOR TUNNELS” WORKSHOP (October 15, 2002)

The Workshop was organized in İstanbul on October 15, 2002 by General Directorate of Highways, Turkish Road Association and International Tunnelling Association. The Workshop was realized by the lecturers from Graz and Hannover Universities. 66 Engineers from General Directorate of Highways and the firms who works on Tunelling attended to the Workshop.

29) INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on “TUNNELLING & UNDERGROUND 
      SPACE USE” (October 16-18, 2002)

Conference has been organized by General Directorate of Highways, Turkish Road Association and International Tunnelling Association at İstanbul Technical University, Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center on October 16-18, 2002.
The proceedings of the Conference consisting of 32 presented papers with 9 papers which were not presented due to timing, were published and distributed to the participants before the Conference.
Prof. Dr. Andre ASSIS, Chairman of ITA and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang KRAJEWSKI from DARMSTADT University made two special presentations.
